Canvas is the official learning management system used at UCC. It is used to deliver the online courses and can also be used to supplement the classroom.
Supplementing your Face-to-Face Course with Canvas
Follow the steps below to learn how to supplement your face-to-face course using the Canvas learning management system.
From the umpqua.edu website, click on the UCCOnline link at the top of the page. Click on Canvas Login. Your initial login is your 800# and your 8-digit (mmddyyyy) birthdate as your password. Update your password following these instructions.

Open Educational Resources (OER)
Open educational resources are materials that are available online for anyone to use. "Open" means the creator has chosen to grant certain uses to anyone, such as distribute and remix their work for free, as long as you credit them for the original work.

Online Course Development
Talk to your department chair if you are interested in developing an online course.
You will need to complete the Online Course Development form to request approval. Contact UCCOnline for the latest version of the form.
