GED Test

The GED test is available on UCC's Main Campus. For registration, payment, and scheduling of your tests, go to

The official GED passing score has changed from 150 to 145 and the system has updated on March 1, 2016. All testers who have achieved passing status in the past will begin seeing those scores as passing in the systems at that time. Updated diplomas will begin to be produced and delivered in the days following March 1. Helpful links:

  • You must be 16 years old to take the GED test.
  • The day of the test, bring a valid, government-issued photo ID: a driver's license, state ID card, passport or military ID.
  • In Oregon, if you're between 16 and 18, and your high school class has not graduated, your school district will have to give permission before you can register online to take the GED. Contact your district to fill out an Education Withdrawal and Application Form.
