If you receive a scholarship from an outside or community agency (any agency other than the UCC Foundation) please complete this form and turn it into the Scholarship Office in the LaVerne Murphy Campus Center: Student Accounts, as soon as possible!

Scholarship Opportunities   

 

The Vera Shukle Memorial Scholarship

Amount: $500

UCC Deadline: Ongoing

Eligibility: Available for UCC students who have been accepted to the nursing program as a second year student. Awarded based on merit, motivation and need.

2019 Grasshopper Entrepreneur Scholarship

Amount: $5,000

UCC Deadline: August 30th, 2019

Eligibility: Any current college student or incoming freshman enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in a Spring, Summer, or Fall 2019 semester. Student must be enrolled at an accredited American college, university or trade school.

Veteran Car Donations 2019 Scholarship

Amount: $1,000

UCC Deadline: August 30th, 2019

Eligibility: Must be majoring in a STEM related field (computer science, biology, mathematics, etc.) and be enrolled at an accredited college.

We Mount TVs Home Theater Scholarship

Amount: $1000

UCC Deadline: September 5th, 2019

Eligibility: Student must be planning to enroll in an accredited college or university as a full time student. Must submit an essay response.

The Responsify Empowering Others Scholarship

Amount: $1,500

UCC Deadline: October 20th, 2019

Eligibility: Be enrolled full time in an accredited college. Complete essay along with application.

Course Hero Academic Hero 2019 Scholarship

Amount: $10,000

UCC Deadline: October 31st, 2019

Eligibility: 3.0 Minimum GPA. Must submit an essay response. Enrolled in an accredidated college, university or high school.

Bright Star Systems Future Technologies Scholarship

Amount: $1,000

UCC Deadline: March 15th, 2020

Eligibility: Enrolled as a full time student at an accredidated college or university. Submit proof of enrollement. Essay required with application.

Southern Oregon Viticulture & Enology Scholarship - New!

Amount: Up to $2000

Deadline: Continuous

The Southern Oregon   Viticulture and Enology Scholarship is an Employer Match scholarship is   available for employees, including owners, of Oregon Vineyards/Wineries/Tasting   Rooms. The ERATH Family Foundation (EFF) established this scholarship to   increase the number of personnel in Southern Oregon leadership roles who have   a fundamental education in V&E.
Through a generous donation   by the EFF, vineyards and wineries can support and encourage their employees   to attend the Southern Oregon Wine Institute at Umpqua Community College by   matching up to $2,000 per academic year per student/employee, for a total of   up to $4,000 per academic year per student/employee.
