Register Online

Your student account allows you to view and register for classes online, view and order transcripts and much more. Please take the time to become familiar with the procedures below as they will help you with basic function regarding your student account that are helpful for all students at UCC.

Registration

  1. Log into Student Self Service.
  2. Select REGISTRATION, COURSE CATALOG, BROWSE CLASSES.
  3. Select REGISTER FOR CLASSES.
  4. Choose the term from the Select Term drop down menu.
  5. Enter in SUBJECT and/or COURSE NUMBER.
  6. Click ADD on the right side of the page to add a class to your schedule or change to the CRN tab to enter in the CRN.
  7. Click SUBMIT in the summary box when all courses have been selected.
  8. Select STUDENT at top right of page and then VIEW REGISTRATION INFORMATION to view your schedule.

Be sure to click the EXIT button when finished!

Transcripts

  1. Log into Student Self Service.
  2. Select STUDENT.
  3. To view your unofficial transcripts, select UNOFFICIAL ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT.
  4. To request a copy of your official transcripts, select OFFICIAL ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT and follow the link for official transcripts.
