Online Registration & Transcripts

Your student account allows you to view and register for classes online, view and order transcripts and much more. Please take the time to become familiar with the procedures below as they will help you with basic function regarding your student account that are helpful for all students at UCC.

Registration

  1. Log into Student Self Service.
  2. Select STUDENT.
  3. Select REGISTRATION.
  4. Choose the term from the Select Term drop down menu.
  5. Select ADD OR DROP CLASSES.
  6. Add classes by entering the CRN in the ADD CLASSES WORKSHEET and click SUBMIT CHANGES, or select CLASS SEARCH to search for classes.
  7. When you are done, select RETURN TO MENU.
  8. Select CONCISE STUDENT SCHEDULE to view your registration.

Be sure to click the EXIT button when finished!

Transcripts

  1. Log into Student Self Service.
  2. Select STUDENT.
  3. Select STUDENT RECORDS.
  4. To view your unofficial transcripts, select ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT
  5. To request a copy of your official transcripts, select  ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT and follow the link for official transcripts.
