UCC President Announces Retirement
Dr. Debra Thatcher cut the ribbon at Tapʰòytʰaʼ Hall's opening in March 2018. Thatcher was instrumental in working with the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians to name UCC's newest building.
