INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: Desktop Support Technician Aide

Job Description: 

The IT team is looking for work-studies to assist the Desktop Support Technician in resolving help desk requests for assistance in problem solving desktop computer related problems.  Other duties include but are not limited to updating computers and related work in support of keeping computers up to date for the college. 


Must be an UCC undergraduate student with a Federal Work-Study allotment for the 2017-18 academic year.

Preference given to CIS majors and/or verifiable experience in problem solving software and hardware issues as relates to desktop and lap-top computers.  Must be able to lift equipment up to 35 pounds. 

Pay Rate: $10.50 / hr
