Help Desk Portal (On Campus Only)
The Help Desk Portal is setup to accept service requests from UCC employees for:
- Facilities Maintenance
- Computer Hardware & Software Help
- Institutional Research Data Requests
You can submit a help desk ticket at helpdesk.umpqua.edu. Just log in with your UCC network username and password. Then help will be on the way!

Students! Stay up-to-date on important college dates and events. The college communicates with you through your Student Email. Learn how to forward your Student Email to the email account that YOU use.
We are happy to help students reset their Banner Pin or Student Email account password.
