MECOP/CECOP Lunch & Learn

Friday, March 5, Noon to 1 p.m.

Two professionals from the Portland area will host a special Lunch & Learn presentation for UCC students, faculty, and advisors to learn more about MECOP/CECOP.

MECOP/CECOP is a cooperative work experience program for students majoring in business, computer science, engineering, GIS, or surveying. The program includes two, 6-month internships for transfer students during their junior and senior years. Students will earn enough with the internships to pay for most of their college expenses during their junior and senior years while gaining valuable work experience. More than 75% of interns are offered full-time jobs from the companies providing the internships after graduation.

So you’ve taken the monumental step to go to college ... now what?! This virtual session is geared toward learning more about the steps to become a UCC student. These sessions are led by UCC’s Admissions team. This is an excellent opportunity to ask anything you want.

Admissions Virtual Office Hours

Fridays 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Meet with an Enrollment Advisor to ask questions about the enrollment process, orientation, accessing your student accounts, and more! You will enter into a Waiting Room and will be let into the “office” in the order you arrive.

Financial Aid Questions Answered

Every Wednesday, 1 p.m. -  2 p.m. 

How can you fund your college dream? Receiving financial aid is a crucial step for all students. It can mean the difference between concentrating on your studies or worrying about bills. UCC's financial aid specialist can guide you in your journey. Don't be shy. This is a great chance to ask questions and get the inside scoop about securing money for college.
