The Criminal Justice AS degree program provides practical, hands-on skills needed for successful careers in law enforcement, corrections, investigation, and more. Additionally, students learn how to balance their off-duty lives with the challenges of criminal justice professions. They develop strong communication skills, acquire a broad understanding of case law, legal statutes, and professional standards, and learn how to succeed in diverse environments.
This associate of science degree option transfers to four-year colleges. In particular, it transfers seamlessly to Southern Oregon University in Ashland.
