The Office of Communications and Marketing provides strategic communication, branding, visual identity, and marketing services to help support UCC’s mission and strategic goals. The Office works as a support entity for all College programs and departments—serving as the primary source for all internal and external communications.
- Produce print, digital, and media materials and information that support the College’s strategic recruitment and retention efforts.
- Invest in UCC’s digital presence to reinvigorate the website and use more digital tools to strengthen UCC’s reputation and improve internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Build UCC’s reputation through strategic, integrated storytelling.
Areas of Operation
Website Management: Designs, revises, and maintains the College website. Enhance web layout and navigation, deliver improved web services, train staff on use of technology, and manage web accessibility and security.
Digital Marketing: Oversees content management and measurement of marketing initiatives through marketing automation and analytics platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Graphic Design: Provides high-quality visual communications and creative services to meet strategic marketing goals through designing and creating an assortment of publications, digital communications, and web and social media materials for internal and external audiences.
Social Media Management: Plans, produces, publishes, and distributes content through a variety of social media channels. Strategically-selected and -produced digital content that supports marketing initiatives for program- and department-focused projects, and special events which are promoted through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Public Information Requests: Fulfills public records requests pursuant to Oregon Revised Statues.
