There are many federal, state and local laws and regulations that Umpqua Community College must follow. A robust compliance program helps our campus enjoy a healthy, safe campus environment while fair, equitable and inclusive employment practices lend to a positive campus climate. Every year UCC employees complete mandatory training to meet federal, state and accreditation requirements. But compliance goes beyond checking a box at UCC. Here’s a quick list of why these trainings are important:
