High school students can choose from three hands-on college credit programs to take at UCC on Fridays. You can learn a new skill, earn college credits, and get on track early to start a career - all before graduating high school.
Enroll in this program for the 2022 - 2023 school year. Transportation, lunch, books, tuition, and fees included.

Emergency Medical Technician
Get the skills needed for an entry-level position as a first responder in your community. Prepare for a career to work in hospitals, clinics, or mobile health care. Learn in our innovative simulation laboratory with cutting-edge equipment.
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Fridays
Theatre
Explore theatre as an art form and its value to communities. Get a taste of scripting, acting, directing, and stage designing. Rehearse and perform contemporary plays, Shakespearean monologue and modern comedy.
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Fridays
Requirements
- 16 years of age or older at the time of enrollment and in high school grades 11 or 12 (For EMS: 17 years of age and in grade 12)
- On track to complete course requirements for high school graduation
