Managing Your Mood Group

Starting September 25th, every Wednesday 3 - 4 p.m. in TAP Room 5

Struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or other difficult emotions that interfere with your success? This group will be offered to current UCC students and will be focused on creating a space where students can connect, support and learn from one another, as well as learn therapeutic cognitive behavioral skills and strategies that can help them manage their moods in new ways. This group will be fascillitated by the UCC Life Coach.

Young Adult Mental Health Support Group

Starting September 23rd, every other Monday 4-5 p.m. Wayne Crooch Hall Room 14

Compass Behavioral Health will be fascillitating a mental health support group for students ages 18-25. The group will be run based on a peer-support model. It will be a space for students to support one another and share their struggles and successes overcoming mental health challenges. Snacks provided!
