Managing Your Mood/Stress Management Group

Fridays, 12-1 p.m.,  April 3 - June 12 via Zoom.

Struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or other difficult emotions that interfere with your success? This group will be offered to current UCC students and will be focused on creating a space where students can connect, support and learn from one another, as well as learn therapeutic cognitive behavioral skills and strategies that can help them manage their moods in new ways. This group will be facilitated by the UCC Life Coach Hanna Culbertson.
