Managing Your Mood Group

Fridays 12-1 pm in HNSC 107 January 10th - March 20th

Struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or other difficult emotions that interfere with your success? This group will be offered to current UCC students and will be focused on creating a space where students can connect, support and learn from one another, as well as learn therapeutic cognitive behavioral skills and strategies that can help them manage their moods in new ways. Life Skills Workshops to Support Mental and Emotional Health and Wellbeing
