How to Apply for TOP Services

Eligibility Criteria
To become a participant in the Transfer Opportunity Program, you must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Have an academic need
  • Be enrolled full-time
  • Meet at least one of the following:
    1. Your parent(s) have not received a bachelor's degree
    2. You have a documented physical or learning disability
    3. You meet federal low income eligibility

For family units with more than eight members, add the following amount for each additional family member: $6,480 for the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia and outlying jurisdictions; $8,100 for Alaska; and $7,455 for Hawaii.
