UCC students rock SkillsUSA
UCC claims four first place finishes and sweeps an entire category.
Umpqua Community College students dominated several categories of the SkillsUSA Oregon State Leadership and Skills Conference on April 25 and 26 in Clackamas.
UCC had 16 students competing at the conference. SkillsUSA is a career and technical student organization with more than 1,000 members in Oregon across 29 chapters.
Students who won first place in their category are eligible for the national SkillsUSA competition in Kansas City in June.
