Tuition Statement Form 1098-T

The tuition statement form 1098-T is now available for students on UCCLife. To view your tuition statement form 1098T, please follow the steps below:

1. Login to UCCLife.
2. Click on the link "Click Here" under Academic Services.
3. Click on the link "Click Here: for UCC Self Service Banner".
4. Click on the link "Student & Financial Aid".
5. Click on the link "Student Records".
6. Click on the link "Tax Notification".
7. Enter Tax Year (2009).
8. Click Submit.
