Student Information Page

registration2Through our office you may...

  • update you personal information,
  • register for credit and/or non-credit classes,
  • make changes to your class schedule,
  • obtain copies of your academic transcripts,
  • get enrollment verification for insurance/deferment
         purposes, and much much more.

Office Hours:

The Records/Registration is located in the Campus Center Building.

  • Regular public service office hours are: Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with  
        extended hours Tues from 7:30a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Summer hours are: Mon -  Thurs: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Register for Classes:

Continuing Credit Students:

  1. Go to: https://ucclife.umpqua.edu.
  2. Login with username & password;
  3. Click on the STUDENT tab;
  4. In Academic Services Area, click on: CLICK HERE link;
  5. Click on the link to take you to the Self Service area;
  6. Click on: STUDENT AND FINANCIAL AID;
  7. Click on: REGISTRATION;
  8. Click on: SELECT TERM;
  9. Choose the term & click SUBMIT;
  10. Click on: ADD OR DROP CLASSES;
  11. Add classes by entering CRN in the Add Classes Worksheet and click SUBMIT CHANGES;
  12. When you are done, click on RETURN TO MENU;
  13. Click on: STUDENT DETAIL SCHEDULE to see your registration.

Be sure to click the LOGOUT button to exit UCCLIFE.

Non-Credit/Community Education Classes:

  1. Register at the registration window during listed hours or
  2. By mail. Clip the mail-in form on the Community Education Schedule or
  3. By phone. at Call (541) 440-7744 with a debit or credit card. Please have your registration information (CRN Number) and credit card number ready. For more information contact Community Ed at (541)440-4601.

Please Note:

Payment for Non-credit/Community Ed classes is due at time of registration. We accept Visa/MasterCard, Check, cash, or money order.

Arrange for Payment:

Payment arrangements (through Nelnet and/or Financial Aid) must be made Prior to the Drop for NON-Payment Deadline. Contact the UCC Cashier at (541) 440-7660 for more information.

 View Academic Transcript:

  1. Go to: https://ucclife.umpqua.edu.
  2. Login with username & password;
  3. Click on the STUDENT tab;
  4. In Academic Services Area, click on: CLICK HERE link;
  5. Click on the link to take you to the Self Service area;
  6. Click on: STUDENT AND FINANCIAL AID;
  7. Click on: STUDENT RECORDS;
  8. Click on: ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT (to view grades); OR
  9. Click on: REQUEST PRINTED TRANSCRIPT (to request a copy of your transcript);
  10. Click on: SUBMIT button.
