Diane Mahoney Diane owns and operates a natural product business since 1995, specializing in selling a proven effective fruit and vegetable wash on the retail market. Diane teaches various business related workshops within the SBDC network. Her experience with teaching stems back many years to include teaching in various special needs programs at the middle and high school levels. Experience highlights are: Manufacturing, sales and marketing, operations, time management and export. Specialize in business start-ups and those entrepreneurs who wish to grow their business. Diane also worked up through the ranks to that of a Trouble Shooter within the hospitality field. Her highlights of this experience are the Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego and the Sands Casino in Atlantic City, NJ Most fulfilling role: Mother of 2 GREAT kids

Charolotte Herbert Years in Roseburg Area: 30+ Professional and/or Educational Background: MBA Finance, U of Oregon. 20+ yrs UCC. Business Teacher, SBDC Advisor; Harvard Business School management; Bell of PA management Community and/or Professional Activities/Involvement (present and past): Boards of Directors: Douglas County Library System and Foundation (chair for both), CASA of Douglas County, Umpqua Nonprofit Coalition, St Joseph School, Sunrise Enterprises, Oregon State Library. Volunteer for Douglas County Master Gardeners, and past volunteer and/or grant writer for Roseburg Area Chamber marketing committee, various schools, Wildlife Safari, Douglas County Regional Strategies.

Glenn McDuffy, SBM Instructor After graduating from SOU with a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Glenn moved to San Diego and over the years traveled and studied internationally to develop his skills as an orator, educator, investment broker, real estate syndicator, entrepreneur, manager, lecturer, relationship coach, and radio talk-show host. Glenn is an internationally recognized educational and motivational speaker and has participated in, and presented at, regional and national conferences throughout the United States and Europe. Glenn recently added a Masters degree as another tool for helping others accomplish their personal, professional and educational goals. In addition to the Small Business Management classes at UCC SBDC, Glenn teaches Financial Management of Aging Services and Business Communications at SOU and Personal Finance at Rogue Community College. |
