EBSCOHost Academic Search Premier
Multi-disciplinary database of full text articles and abstracts
including magazines and peer-reviewed journals in the field of biology.
Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition
Medical journal database featuring full text articles and abstracts focusing on
a variety of medical disciplines including biology related issues in
medicine.
Medline
MEDLINE provides authoritative medical information on
medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care
system, pre-clinical sciences, and much more. Created by the National
Library of Medicine, MEDLINE allows users to search abstracts from over 4,600 current biomedical journals.
Agricola
This database contains bibliographic records with some links to full text
from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural
Library. Coverage for AGRICOLA dates back to 1970 and
includes more than 2.5 million citations. The citations are comprised
of journal articles, monographs, theses, patents, software, audiovisual
materials, and technical reports related to agriculture and life
sciences.

An encyclopedic database covering science and technology that includes a
comprehensive section on biological and biomedical science broken down
into many subtopics including anatomy, cell biology, genetics,
microbiology, botany and zoology (to name a few). Access Science
contains encyclopedic articles and research updates as well as study
guides, essay topics, biographies and related websites for the field of
biology and its related disciplines.
