Buffet lunches open to public

UCC students preparing meals from around the world


Umpqua Community College’s culinary students are preparing and serving a series of buffet lunches on successive Mondays with dishes from around the world that are open to the public.

Already they have served the cuisine of Germany and Italy.

Buffet service runs from 11:15 am to 12:30 pm and costs $6.50. Reservations are not required.
