ASUCC Constitution

Article IV—Membership

For the purpose of general and special elections, the voting membership of the ASUCC shall consist of all students currently enrolled in three (3) or more credits at Umpqua Community College and who are in good academic and financial standing with the college. Students that meet these requirements will have voting rights in all general and special elections held by the ASUCC Student Leadership Team.

The ASUCC Student Leadership Team will represent all students currently enrolled at Umpqua Community College. No student shall be discriminated against on the basis of sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, political affiliation, religion or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable state or federal law.
