Article XV—Finances

The ASUCC Student Leadership Team shall have the ability to propose student activities fees and shall have autonomy to govern the use of the fees. Any proposals of student activities fees must originate in the ASUCC Student Leadership Team. The proposed student activities fees shall take effect when they have been passed by the ASUCC Student Leadership Team with a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote and have been ratified by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the votes cast by the ASUCC during any general or special election after having been posted for two (2) weeks by the ASUCC Student Leadership Team.

All ASUCC Student Leadership Team finances shall be subject to the policies, regulations and procedures set forth by the ASUCC Student Leadership Team, Umpqua Community College and the State of Oregon.
