Become an entry level commercial truck driver in just 5 weeks! The Umpqua Community College Truck Driver Training course includes classroom training covering: logbooks, trip planning, and preparation for all endorsements except passenger. This is followed by road/yard training covering: behind-the-wheel driving, backing, chaining up, make and brake, and completion of the CDL drive test.

Defensive Driving

Are you an employer who needs to certify your people in defensive driving?

Defensive Driving Course I
Classes held Monday - Friday 6 - 8 P.M. and cost $ 38 per person. An overview of the following subjects:

Defensive Driving Course II
Classes held Saturdays 10 A.M. - 2 P.M. and cost $ 53 per person. Covers all level I topics plus these additional subjects: For specific class dates and locations, call (541)580-0390.
