A program for the supervisor who wants to be a better supervisor and for the person who is not a supervisor, but aspires to be. Skills and abilities will be taught through class discussions, visual aids, and student research projects.
You will learn that the most important function a supervisor deals with is people relationships and that only when these relationships are right and proper will the goods and services be produced the most efficient and effective way. Most of the required courses are available evenings.
To obtain the Certificate in Supervision you must successfully complete 48 units of required courses.
