How to view your tax information using UCCLife:

  1. Click on the white UCCLife tab in the top right corner of this page. If you receive a “Browser Problem” error, click on the button near the bottom of the message that says “Continue.”
  2. Enter your username and password for UCCLife. If you do not know what to enter, or have forgotten either one, you will need to contact the Help Desk at (541)440-7808 for assistance.
  3. Once inside UCCLife, click on the gray “Student” tab at the top.
  4. Look for the Academic Services channel which should be the first box on the left. Click on the blue link that says “Click Here for.”
  5. Under the title “Self Service Banner,” click on the link that says “This link will take you to Umpqua Community College’s Self Service area.
  6. Click on the “Student & Financial Aid” link.
  7. Click on the “Student Records” link.
  8. Click on the “Tax Notification” link.
  9. Enter a tax year.
  10. Click on the “Submit” button.
