Roseburg— The Umpqua Community College course, “Writing Your Personal Memoirs,” has been changed from Thursday night, beginning April 3, to Wednesday nights, beginning April 2. The location has been changed to UCC Workforce Training Center, 2555 NE Diamond Like Blvd., Roseburg. The class fee is $47, tuition $3, and the course number is 42962. Call 440-7744 to register
