Roseburg— Enroll in the Umpqua Community College Community Education class “Roller Skating.” The class will be on Tuesdays, January 8 through March 4, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Parkview Skating Center, 1900 NW Excello, Roseburg. The class fee of $40 includes quad skate rental (in-lines are extra). Call 440-7744 to register and request course number 32899.
Remember how much fun it was to glide around the “roller rink” a few years ago? Bring a friend or make new friends as you rediscover and fund and learn some new tips and techniques. Whether you want to continue as a serious skater, or for recreation, this beginning/intermediate level class can help improve your fitness, balance, coordination. Instructor provided by Parkview Skating Center staff.
