Roseburg— Umpqua Community College will sponsor a class, “Real Estate License Training,” course number 32877, on Tuesdays, January 8 to April 22, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., on the UCC campus, Snyder Hall, Room 14. The class fee is $618 and the instructor is David Stribling II. Pre-registration is required by January 7, 2008, to do so call 440-4669.
The Small Business Development Center of Umpqua Community College is a state approved training center, offering a 15-week course to help you prepare for license testing. Topics to be covered are: real estate agency law, real estate contract law, real estate finance, real estate law, real estate practice, property management, and real estate brokerage.
