COACHES COMMENTS: Steven transferred back to Roseburg after playing his freshmen season for Chemeketa Community College. He will add depth to our guard position. His strengths are his penetration to the basket, passing abilities, savvy and athleticism. He needs to improve his defensive toughness, and work ethic.
