Distance learning is composed of several options at UCC. The College offers
hosted options, UCC online, IVC, and telecourses. Hosted are courses offered
through other Colleges but where students sign up through UCC. UCC online consists
of courses offered through Angel online. IVC is interactive video conferencing and
telcourses are typically taken through public cable TV. Distance learning generally appeals to motivated, self-starting
students who do not the traditional class delivery methods and want flexibility in their schedules.
