Application Information - Opens on-line at 9am, Monday, March 2, 2015 - closes April 3, 2015 at Noon.

The 2015-2016 UCC Scholars Application process will be on-line.  The application will open at 9am on Monday, March 2, 2015 and will close on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Noon.

The on-line application is a two-part process.  The application itself will be completed via a Google Form.  Documents, such as high school transcripts, test scores, etc. will be uploaded through Canvas, UCC's on-line learning system.  Once the application (part one) is complete, the applicant will receive an email with instructions on how to access Canvas to upload documents (part two).

An applicant must have applied to UCC - http://www.umpqua.edu/apply as the student id number assigned upon applying to UCC will be utilized throughout the UCC Scholars application process.  In addition, the applicant must complete the 2015-2016 FAFSA - http://fafsa.gov/ - as information from the Student Aid Report generated upon completing the FAFSA will need to be provided.

Applicants must use either Firefox or Google Chrome to complete the application.

It is recommended to download the sample application to use in preparation for completing the Google Form as it is not possible to return to the on-line form once it has been accessed to add additional information.

Accepted Applicants

Once the UCC Scholars application period closes, and it is determined that the applicant meets the qualifications for the UCC Scholars program, the applicant will receive a letter with a list of the information and expectations of a UCC Scholar.  The applicant will be expected to return the requirements/expectations contract by the deadline provided in the letter.
