How to Register

There are several ways to register for a UCC Community Education Class. Complete a Community Education Registration Form and choose the most convenient way to register!

Registration Form

In Person

  • UCC Registration (located in the Administration building at 1140 Umpqua College Road)
     8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
  • UCC Workforce Training Center
    2555 NE Diamond Lake Blvd, Roseburg
    8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday

Please note - UCC is closed on Fridays from mid-June through mid-September. Office hours are extended during these months.

By Mail

Mail a completed Community Education Registration Form with check or money order for the full amount of tuition and fees or provide your Visa/Mastercard information. Please do not send cash. Mail-in registration does not guarantee space. Mail to:

Call 541-440-7744 weekdays between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please have your registration information and your Visa/Mastercard information ready. Registration is closed on Fridays from mid-June through August.

If you are unable to reach UCC Registration by phone, please call 541-440-4668 and the Community & Workforce Training department staff may be able to assist you.

Payment & Registration

Payment is due at time of registration. Pre-registration for Community & Workforce Training classes is strongly recommended. Registration at the first class session cannot be guaranteed in cases where the class is full or cancelled due to low enrollment numbers.

Refunds

Full refunds will be issued to all students if UCC must cancel a class. Students are eligible for a refund if they drop a class two business days prior to the class start date. No refunds are available if request is made less than two business days prior to class. To cancel a class, contact UCC Registration Department at 541-440-7744.

Financial credit towards future classes may be considered based on special circumstances but is not guaranteed. Requests based on special circumstances must be requested in writing to the Community & Workforce Training Office - 2555 NE Diamond Lake Blvd. Roseburg, OR 97470
