Medical Imaging Technology: Transfer

The Umpqua Community College Medical Imaging transfer program prepares students for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Echocardiography, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiologic Science and Vascular Technology at Oregon Institute of Technology. Students transferring from Umpqua Community College to Oregon Institute of Technology’s will be given full credit for all articulated courses.

Students must complete a minimum of 60 credits of upper-division work (300- and 400- level classes taken at a 4-year institution) before a degree will be awarded - a minimum of 45 of these credits must be taken at OIT.

Students may guarantee program requirements by obtaining written approval from their OIT major department and the Registrar, based on the catalog the student uses when he/she transfers to OIT.

Why UCC?

Why UCCAt UCC, you can earn a TWO-YEAR TRANSFER DEGREE for less than you'll pay for one year at a state university. Plus, UCC offers:

• Seamless, direct transfer degrees
• Expert faculty dedicated to teaching
