River Rush Bistro

River Rush BistroThe purpose of the River Rush Bistro is to:

  1. Educate campus on the exciting things happening in the Culinary Program;
  2. Give the students a “Living Laboratory” opportunity;
  3. Introduce the Culinary Arts students to greater Douglas County, and
  4. Invite the residents of greater Douglas County to UCC to see what’s happening on the campus.
